What the left means by "democracy"

American Democrats, in the Biden administration and beyond, have been busily lecturing the Israeli government about what they claim to be an anti-democratic attack on the independence of Israel’s judiciary.
Rub your eyes at the staggering hypocrisy of this. For America’s conservative Supreme Court justices are currently being subjected to an unprecedented campaign of baseless smears, character assassination, intimidation and even threats of assassination by Democrat activists and their patsies in the American media.
The reason is that the bench has a conservative majority. This is what happens when the left is faced with conservative judges who threaten to block the left’s agenda.
